Careers · 2 open roles

We're hiring operators — not employees.

Serviqo AI is a UK-based operator network helping people build profitable local AI service businesses. We're small, remote, and growing fast — and we need two more people to keep up with demand.

Remote-first · UK only Bootstrapped Est. 2026

Open positions

Two roles. Both remote. Both operator-shaped.

Commercial

Partnership Manager

Remote (UK) · Full-time · £35–45k base + commission (OTE £55–70k)

Apply by email

About the role

You'll own relationships with the SaaS tools and platforms we recommend across the Serviqo network — negotiating affiliate terms, securing operator discounts, and making sure the recommendations in our playbook stay best-in-class.

Why this matters

Every operator in our network deploys 4–6 tools per client. Better partner terms = more margin for them, and a stickier ecosystem for us. This role is the commercial spine of the company.

What you'll do

  • Negotiate and renew affiliate / partnership deals with the SaaS tools we recommend (HighLevel, Twilio, etc.)
  • Find new tools to test, vet, and add to the operator stack
  • Run quarterly performance reviews on partners — drop the underperformers, promote the rest
  • Work with the founder on commercial strategy and pricing

You'll thrive if

  • You've worked in BD, partnerships or affiliate-side comms for 2+ years
  • You enjoy negotiating deals more than building decks about them
  • You understand SaaS economics — LTV, churn, payout cadence
  • You're comfortable running independently in a small remote team

How to apply

Email careers@serviqo.ai with a short note (not a CV) telling us which partner you'd negotiate with first, and why. We respond inside 7 working days.

Operations

Account Manager

Remote (UK) · Full-time · £30–38k base + bonus (OTE £40–48k)

Apply by email

About the role

You'll be the first human voice every new Serviqo operator hears after they buy the playbook. Onboarding, first-90-days success, fielding setup questions — making sure people get to their first paying client fast.

Why this matters

Our retention is really our operators succeeding. If an operator lands their first client in week 1, they stay in the network and pay for the upgrade. If they stall, they churn. Your job is to remove every reason to stall.

What you'll do

  • Run onboarding calls with new operators and walk them through the first-week checklist
  • Triage support questions across email and the operator community channel
  • Track first-client milestones — flag operators who stall so we can intervene early
  • Surface common stuck-points to the founder so we can update the playbook

You'll thrive if

  • You've done account management, CS, or community at a small SaaS/agency before
  • You write clearly and quickly — most of the job is async
  • You get satisfaction from watching someone win, not from polishing process
  • You're comfortable on a video call with a barber from Wolverhampton

How to apply

Email careers@serviqo.ai with a short note (not a CV) describing the worst onboarding experience you've ever had — and what you'd have changed. We respond inside 7 working days.

Working here

A small team. A clear remit.

Remote

Work from anywhere in the UK. We meet in person once a quarter.

Async

Most work is async. Meetings exist for unblocking and weekly review.

Bootstrapped

No VC. No growth-at-all-costs. We grow because operators succeed.

Questions before applying

Are these roles really remote?

Yes. We don't have an office. Both roles can be done from anywhere with a UK-aligned timezone and a decent internet connection. We expect you to be UK-based for tax, contract and right-to-work reasons.

Are you VC-backed?

No. Serviqo AI is bootstrapped and profitable. We grow at the speed our operator network grows — which is fast enough to need two more people, but slow enough to still know everyone by name.

Do I need agency experience?

No — but it helps. We care more about how you think than where you've worked. Both roles involve real conversations with small business owners and small SaaS founders, so empathy with both groups goes a long way.

What's the interview process?

A 30-minute intro call, then a paid 2-hour work-sample exercise (a real problem from our backlog), then a final conversation with the founder. Two weeks end-to-end if everyone's quick.

Not the right role, but want to work with us?

Drop us a line anyway. We hire from inside the network when we can.
