Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 April 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Serviqo AI ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use our website serviqo.ai. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
Serviqo AI is a solo UK-based project. For any privacy questions, contact hello@serviqo.ai.
2. What we collect
- Email address — when you subscribe to receive the free business playbook and updates.
- Basic analytics — aggregated, non-identifying data about page visits (e.g. country, referrer, device type). We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Legal basis & purpose
We process your email on the basis of your consent, which you provide by ticking the opt-in box on the signup form. We use it only to:
- Deliver the free playbook you requested.
- Send occasional updates about new methods, experiments, or tools for starting a local AI service business.
We never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their marketing.
4. Third-party processors
To deliver emails we may use a reputable email service provider (e.g. ConvertKit, Mailchimp, or Buttondown). These providers are GDPR-compliant and act as data processors on our behalf. They only process your email to send our messages.
5. Affiliate links & cookies
Some outbound links are affiliate links — when you click them, the destination site (e.g. GoHighLevel, Shopify) may set its own cookies. Those cookies are governed by that site's privacy policy, not ours.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your email for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email we send — at which point your address is removed from our mailing list.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@serviqo.ai. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
